Bob Partyka

President

Mr. Partyka has over forty years of experience in the construction industry. His personal involvement in each project undertaken at Partyka Construction Inc. ensures that the necessary resources are made available to meet budget and schedule criteria. His involvement ensures that all contractual obligations are carried out efficiently, effectively and at the highest level of quality. With Mr. Partyka’s team approach to each project there is no opportunity for failure.

Tim Allen

Vice President

Mr. Allen has more than thirty five years of construction experience. Beginning his career as a tradesman, he quickly became a general carpenter foreman. Mr. Allen’s hands on experience has allowed him to efficiently direct and coordinate the efforts of architects, engineers, prime contractors, subcontractors, owners and tenants to successfully construct major projects and coordinate multi-phased, occupied area renovations of thousands of square feet of space in the retail, corporate and public markets.

Ray Migliore

Senior Project Manager / Estimator

Mr. Migliore has more than twenty five years of experience in the construction field. His expertise is demonstrated in both new construction and interior renovation. Mr. Migliore is a strong project manager with the capability of maintaining project budgets and completion dates without sacrificing quality workmanship. He has an excellent rapport with his clients and their consultants allowing every project to be a great one.

Ron Brammer

Estimator

Mr. Brammer has twenty years of experience. His many years of estimating experience ensure that budgets are on time and completed with the full scope of work. His level of high accuracy allows our clients to set up funding with complete confidence.

Jeff Coffman

Project Manager/Estimator

Mr. Coffman is the newest addition to the Partyka team. He has over twenty five years of experience working as a carpenter in the field. He now brings his vast knowledge of construction to the office as a project manager and estimator.

Suzanne Tarascavage

Accounting and Office Manager

Mrs. Tarascavage is responsible for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business of the company. She works closely with the company owners to meet their company’s staffing, equipment, and organizational needs. She has over 30 years of experience. Mrs. Tarascavage provides a very structured environment with her clearly defined financial, organizational, and interpersonal skills. She is true asset to the team.
